My Berry-licious - Berry-Carrot Smoothie

Berry-Carrot Smoothie


Ingredients

1/2 Cup Unsweetened Apple Juice
1/2 Cup Soy Milk
8 Baby Carrots
1 Cup frozen Mixed Berries
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein 

 
BLEND & ENJOY 
(I use a Ninja blender ... Love it!)
