Oh So Good!!! (Banana-Berry Oatmeal Smoothie)
After the holidays this lunch is a must...or breakfast...whatever you desire.
Ingredients:
1/2 Banana 1 Cup of Mixed Fruit (I used Strawberries & Blueberries) 1/4 Cup of Old Fashioned Rolled Oats 1/2 Cup Almond Milk (Vanilla) 1/4 Cup Vanilla Yogurt 1/2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
