GRIT - dEFINE yOURSELF

HOLY GRIT! HOLY SHIT! Took an intense .... I mean intense Grit Class yesterday at my gym, totally feel like kicking ass this morning :)

I've been so into clean eating, nutrition, etc. and since then my stamina, strength overall body weight and fat has dropped.  Feeling great to say the least, so of course I have to challenge myself a bit more........

Check this little video out....I took a class like this at my gym yesterday and my body never cried so much, my sweat was pouring out of me.  The best part......I did it! I completed the entire class without hesitation, sure I wanted to die at times and my face almost hit the mat a few times while trying to plank, but OMG!  This morning, I woke up and my legs never felt tighter, my ass is killing me, my arms are jello, my upper, middle, lower back are tight as hell.  Oh yes! It hurts so good!!!

I'm thinking of getting a little boot camp group going, we'll meet at Garret Mountain, get some music going and kick some ass while enjoying fresh air and views.  I'll keep you posted...this is def. on my agenda!!!
