Salad in a Jar: Fiesta Taco Salad (one of my best creations yet)

Want a party in your mouth?.....check this recipe I put together the other night.  Had it for lunch today and honestly, I don't want to floss just yet, that's how good it was.  Ok that was a little gross, but whatEv ;)

Salad in a Jar: Fiesta Taco Salad

Layer in a medium mason jar in this order:

-Italian Dressing
-1/3 cup Black Beans
-1/3 cup Sweet Corn
-4-5 Tri-Color Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
-1/3 cup Ground Turkey (cooked in your fav Taco Seasoning and cooled)
-Handful Spinach
-Handful Baby Greens
-Top with Shredded Cheddar Cheese
*For a little kick add some Chili-Lime Tortilla Strips when you pour in bowl...Party in your mouth!
